CONSIGNMENT CONTRACTS

We offer the opportunity for you to put your motorcycle up on consignment here at The Toy Shop. We would come up with a fair price in your pocket and anything that we list over that is our fee. Our consignment contact is for 30 calendar days. Before it hits the floor, we have a small amount of paperwork to do, as well as a cosmetic inspection (15 minutes). After the bike is with us, we take on all responsibilities of selling the motorcycle and keep it on our show room floor. We ask that you do not have any listings online for the motorcycle during this time. We do all the selling for you! We will post and advertise your bike on our website and other vehicle sales websites. If during that time your motorcycle sells, we will complete the transaction with the new owner, and then we will pay you out via check. If the 30 days passes and your motorcycle does not sell, both parties will agree to rather continue consignment for X amount of time, or you would come and pick up the motorcycle. There is a $300 cancelation fee if you chose to pick up your bike within the first 30 days, but no cancelation fee once the first 30 days has past. Finally, for your peace of mind, we do not allow any test rides on motorcycles if they are under consignment, unless authorized by you. We also carry insurance for ALL motorcycles in our shop!!! No need to worry about damages!
